Who we are
One contractor, twelve disciplines.
ICE-PREMIUM LIMITED is an engineering, construction and maintenance company working across Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Asaba and Port Harcourt. We carry all twelve of our disciplines in-house, which means a multi-trade project runs under one contract and one programme instead of five.
That structure removes the most common failure on a build: the gap between trades, where sequencing slips and nobody owns the interface. When the tiling meets the plumbing, both are ours.

How we work
Four stages, no surprises.
Step 01
Survey
We inspect the building and record what is actually there — structure, services, moisture, substrate — before any figure is quoted.
Step 02
Scope & proposal
You receive a written scope, a fixed price against it, and a programme with real dates rather than a range.
Step 03
Delivery
Trades run in sequence under one project lead, with zoning and out-of-hours working where the building stays occupied.
Step 04
Handover
Final inspection walked with you, snags resolved, and an as-built record handed over for your files.

What we put in writing.
ICE-Premium was established in 2025. Rather than publish testimonials we cannot yet attribute, here is what every client is entitled to hold us to.
A price, not an estimate
Every quotation follows a written condition survey. The figure you receive is the figure you pay, unless you ask for something different in writing.
No variation without your signature
Nothing that changes cost or programme is carried out until you have agreed it in writing. Nothing lands on the final invoice as a surprise.
One point of accountability
Twelve trades under one contract. Where they meet is our problem to sequence and resolve, never yours to arbitrate between subcontractors.
Dates you can plan around
A programme with real dates rather than a range, and out-of-hours phasing where the building has to stay in use throughout.
