Electrical work is unforgiving of shortcuts. An installation that looks finished can still be unsafe, and the difference is usually invisible until something fails. We design circuits properly, install them in the right containment, and test and certify what we have done.

Design before installation

Before any cable is pulled, we establish the load. What is the property actually running — HVAC, pumps, heavy appliances, workshop equipment? That determines circuit separation, cable sizing and protective device selection. Undersized circuits and shared loads are the root of most nuisance tripping and overheating.

Rewires and existing installations

On an older property, the first job is understanding what is already there. We trace and map existing circuits and produce an as-found schedule before proposing a scope. That map often shows which routes can be safely reused, which reduces the chasing and making-good considerably.

Testing and certification

Every circuit we install is tested and recorded — continuity, insulation resistance, earth fault loop impedance, RCD operation. You receive the schedule of test results as part of handover. It is the document that proves the installation was safe on the day it was energised, and it is what any future electrician will want to see.
