The original installation had been extended piecemeal over years, with undocumented circuits buried in the fabric of the building and no reliable earthing arrangement.
What we did about it
We traced and mapped every existing circuit before any work began, producing an as-found schedule. That map let us plan a rewire that reused existing routes where they were safe and abandoned the rest, keeping the making-good works to a minimum.
Outcome
The property now has a fully documented, individually protected installation with a complete test certificate pack for the owner's records.
